Dawn Isidora and Carrie Boon

The Five Elements- Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit comprise our world, our bodies and thus-our magic. In this introduction to witchcraft and the Reclaiming Tradition we will initiate and/or deepen our relationships with these Sacred Elements. We will forge physical, intellectual, emotional and energetic connections to our magical selves and the deep mystery all around us. During the course of the weekend intensive, we will develop ritual skills, become familiar with creating sacred space, explore trance work, energy sensing and more.

Elements of Magic is the first of the Reclaiming core classes and is a pre-requisite for all the others. The class is appropriate for the novice as well as the seasoned practitioner looking to refresh and deepen their practice. We welcome people of all genders, races and orientations who are 18 years of age or older. This class is experiential and follows feminist consensus process. You might prepare for the class by reading the first 6 chapters of the Spiral Dance by Starhawk. Please be committed to attending the full weekend.
