DESCRIPTION:Come on a Shamanic journey through meditation. Let nature speak
  to you and become part of your inner landscape in the same way that the a
 ncient ones paid attention to the signs and symbols of the cosmos. The mys
 tical path of direct knowing is the world’s oldest form of communion wit
 h the Source and is based on a deep\, living relation to Nature.\n\nWhen y
 ou are in harmony with nature you can hear the voice of the wind\, you can
  understand the language of the birds and the message they bring to you. L
 isten to the sound of the water as she sings her ancient songs and feel th
 e air blowing against your face whispering its secrets to your inner soul.
  Talk to nature and listen to what it has to tell you. Connect with Mother
  Earth\, become present to her innate call.\n\nWhere: Wattle Forest picnic
  area at Royal National Park\, Audley (southern Sydney) – take the road 
 behind the kiosk at Audley and then cross the wooden bridge\, turn left an
 d follow through to the end of the road. We meet at the carpark. See map.\
 nWhen: 2nd Sunday of the month (weather permitting).\nTime: 9:00AM\nCost: 
 Meditation is free. The entry fee to the Royal National Park is $12 per mo
 tor vehicle.\n\nThings you will need to bring:\n\nA damp-proof cushion to 
 sit on or a folding chair that is easy to carry.\n Personal insect repelle
 nt in warm weather.\nA thick coat or blanket to keep yourself warm in the 
 cold weather.\nFood and drink if you wish to stay for our usual picnic aft
 er the meditation.\n\n(Toilets are available near the car park where we me
 et up.)\n\nPlease contact Janine if you would like to come along and have
