Yantra Union of Sun & Moon is an excellent system of yoga-like movements and postures that harmonises internal energies and strengthens the individual condition. It is a superb method for attaining optimal health, relaxation, and balance through the coordination of breath and movement.
Tied in with a deep understanding of the Elements and the pathways through which the vital energy common to all creation circulates through the body, this practice can also serve as an excellent way to enhance immersion in ritual, ceremony or wild magickal practice.

Preserved for centuries unchanged in the mystical Land of Snows, Tibet, this method is now being taught to interested Westerners.
A ‘Yantra Yoga’ practitioner does not necessarily need to follow a particular spiritual path, therefore anyone can practice it without limitation. It has been offered for the help of finding the true natural state.

9th of May – 5:30pm to 7:00pm in the Blue Room (Next to the Dojo)
20th of May – 8:30am – 10:30am & 3:00pm – 6:00pm in the Dojo.
21st of May – 8:30am – 10:30am & 2:30pm – 5:00pm in the Dojo
